The Country Club of Colorado Junior Golf Program is dedicated to helping juniors develop a lifelong enthusiasm, respect and love for the game of golf. The program is committed to providing expert instruction, a safe environment and supervised use of the practice range and golf course. Our goal is to provide an arena where sportsmanship, fun and education allow a junior's skills and understanding of the game to grow.
2013 JUNIOR GOLF PROGRAMS
Sunday Night Junior Golf League
Sunday's Beginning June 16th and concluding August 11th
For boys and girls ages 11-16, First starting time is 5:15. The league is designed to introduce each junior to the fun of playing using different formats. Each junior will be charged $5 for the evening to pay for the pizza and cold drinks following golf. Each Sunday evening a golf shop staff member will be in attendance to choose the format, explain all play and to have the refreshments available when play has finished. Each junior must call by Sunday at noon to sign up for the evening's festivities.

The Adopt-A-Hole Program enables our members to take active "ownership" of one or more holes on the golf course with a simple commitment to providing extra love and care on your adopted hole whenever the opportunity arises.

SOLHEIM CUP OPPORTUNITY
Members, another
exciting opportunity awaits in August, as the LPGA Solheim Cup will be
contested in Parker at Colorado Golf Club. Our friends at Flying Horse
Golf Club have volunteered to Marshall the 8th hole for the Cup, and
they have some space available for our members should anyone wish to be
involved! The event in August 13-18th at Colorado Golf Club,
but you can volunteer for 4 total shifts (4 hours each), and can do 2 shifts in
1 day to minimize the travel. Cost is $150, and includes full uniform,
meals during all shifts worked, free entry into the event on days you are not
working, and free parking all week! Please contact Matt Cohen if you are
interested, and we can get you signed up and in contact with Glenn Wallace, the
Director of Golf at Flying Horse to get you more information or scheduled as a
volunteer.
