Yoga Classes
This ancient art has become very popular in health clubs and fitness centers around the world. The program uses specific stretching techniques to provide a wealth of health benefits that include: stress reduction, improved breathing, flexibility, pain, prevention, strength and more. All levels are welcome! Class runs 60 minutes.
Pilates
This program focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates teaches awareness of breath and spine alignment and aims to strengthen deep torso muscles. Classes are conducted without machines.
Spin Class
This highly motivational class takes you on a cycling adventure, freeing your mind and energizing your body. Spin classes offer moderate to highly intensity exercise. This is a great way to shape and strengthen your legs while conditioning the cardio system. Classes are conducted using the Schwinn Exercise Bike. Water bottles excluded.
Body Blitz
We use elastic bands, dumbbells, theraballs, and different techniques to sculpt and strengthen the body. This class hits your muscles with a variety of exercise to bring you the best results.
Cardio Cinema
Enjoy a movie on our plasma screen while cycling on our Keiser Spin bikes. Spin at your own pace and burn calories while watching a movie. Cardio Cinema will begin Nov. 1st at 5:30p.m. Movies will be shown Monday and Wednesdays at 5:30 on a first come basis so bring your towel and your water bottle and saddle up.
