JUNIOR PROGRAMS

Fitness Certification
The Junior Fitness Certification program is designed for children ages 12 – 15 years to become certified in proper fitness practice and machine utilization. The program will teach your children equipment safety, proper machine operations, form, basic muscle anatomy and other important aspects of fitness exercise.

Once a junior completes the program, they will be given a written and practical test. Juniors that pass, receive a certification card that entitles them to work out during all hours of operation.  Children who are certified must carry their cards while using any fitness area.

 Re-certifications are offered every year to assure juniors are practicing proper safety and machine operations.

The team has created several exciting programs for our Junior clientele – detailed below is a sample of our programs:

• Spin Class
• Junior Personal Instruction (class size of 2 or more)
• Personalized Sport Conditioning with a Personal Trainer

Jr. Fitness
Jr. Fitness takes our 12-15 year olds through a class with weights and/or cardiovascular training. They will learn basic anatomy and how to safely use all equipment. A qualified instructor will run through many different techniques with the children.
