Looking for a great workout? Come and join us at the Club's Fitness Center. Certified trainers can be scheduled by appointment. Our fitness facility offers both Cybex and Paramount equipment. Treadmills, elliptical, stair machines, recumbent and upright bikes surround our group exercise floor. Classes are offered during both am and pm hours. Whether it's a relaxing yoga class or fast paced spin class, we are delighted to accommodate you. The pro-shop, located at the front entrance of the facility, offering a variety of items to complete your workout. Rackets and other accessories can be purchased or rented. Steam rooms and whirl pools are located in both the men's and women's locker rooms. Towels and shower amenities are available for your convenience. Finish off your busy day with a great massage!! Call out fitness center front desk to schedule an appointment today. Appointments are available from 8:00am through 7:00pm daily. There is something for the children too! Children's programs that we offer include: Spartans day camp, junior weight lifting, kid's night out and daily child care.

Spartans

Summer is just around the corner and Spartans 2007 is ready for a fun and exciting season. Your child will have the opportunity to be involved in a great program with a variety of wonderful activities: outdoor sports, swimming, sports, boating and fishing, along with arts and crafts, field trips, carnivals, guest speakers and the opportunity to have fun while engaging in an informative and structured setting.
