Jon Martin began his culinary career in the early nineties. He was on the opening team at Westfields Hotel and Conference Center in Virginia where he rose to the position of Assistant Executive Sous Chef. Jon was an Executive Chef for Merristar Corporation at a Virginia Radison Hotel, and has spent the last 12 years "on the road" as Executive Chef / F&B Director, catering to the Marlboro Racing Team as well as catering on movie and television sets. Jon received his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University in 1996. Welcome to the team, Jon!
