• Swim Team
  Join The Country Club of Colorado Barracudas Swim Team.  Our emphasis is on fun, fitness and friends. This program is the ideal place to give competitive swimming a try in a fun and pressure free environment; a place where stroke development and personal mastery are the goals. Our program introduces young swimmers to competitive swimming in a fun way, where kids are "learning to compete."
  
• Swim Lessons
  This top notch program has a goal of teaching strokes tailored to each individual. Participants move at their own speed.  We believe that every child that reaches the top of the program is the ideal candidate to give swim team a try.
  
• Aqua Aerobics
  Our aqua aerobics programs are designed to stimulate aerobic conditioning and muscle toning at the same time. Exercising in the water is ideal as it takes the pressure and stress off weight bearing bones and joints. Our top notch instructors make exercise both fun and challenging. A variety of classes, instructors and workout times are available.
  
• Adult Swimmers
  We offer a variety of lesson opportunities for fitness and masters swimmers ranging from simply learning proper technique to how to train for triathlons. We focus on both individual and group lessons as well as offer personalized training prescription to help individuals meet their goals.
  
• Parent and Toddler Program
  Operated every summer to acclimate your child to a life of aquatics – we focus on safety, parent awareness and beginning swimming instruction.  Ages 6 months to 2 years.
  
• Lifeguard Certification (Ages 15 and up)
  Take the lessons learned from our Junior program and graduate to being a full-time Lifeguard!
  Certification on all aspects of the job will be taught on-site by our Aquatics team.  Several  classes are held throughout the year!
