Cody Pope
- Nationally certified by ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) in 2004
- Placed 2nd in the Men's competition at the 2007 NPC Carla Sanchez Fitness Fiesta – and was awarded 1st Place for the Fittest Couple
Cody Pope graduated from Colorado State University, Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, and Recreation. His been at the Country Club of Colorado since 1991 and has been employed there for 3 years with the current position of Assistant Fitness Manager. Cody feels that Fitness is the cornerstone to overall Health and Wellness and that getting fit is the first step to a new and healthy lifestyle. Cody likes to challenge and encourage his clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercises and sound nutritional planning. As your trainer, he will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help achieve all of your fitness goals. With your determination his dedication, you can make anything happen.

- 13 years competitive swimming experience and 8 years fulltime competitive coaching
- Coached numerous State and Nationally ranked athletes
- Private lessons available for technique and endurance/speed training for masters and youth swimmers as well as Tri-athletes
Tristan was born and raised in Colorado Springs and started swimming competitively at the age of six. At only age eight, he began swimming year round. From then until the time he started to coach, Tristan continued to swim competitively while also running cross country and doing triathlons. Today, Tristan's passion is coaching, and he believes that through a technique based program, all swimmers can realize their own potential. Tristan's also coaches to spread his passion for the sport and create as many lifelong swimmers as possible.
