A true swimmers haven, the club's diverse aquatics center features one indoor and three outdoor pools, including a 50 meter Olympic size pool. Activities range from individual swimming lessons to Club swim team, to merely lounging under the sun. For water adventures on a bigger scale, the 35-acre recreational lake is just a splash away.

Even in winter, we have a warm place to enjoy your favorite aquatic activities. The aquatics center offers a full schedule of activities year round in our 6 lane 25 yard indoor pool. Programs include aqua aerobics, Swim America lessons, the Barracudas swim team, adult lessons, lap swimming and recreational swim. We have a professional staff of certified coaches, lifeguards and instructors who provide excellent instruction, attention and service. In addition, we have an outdoor adult only pool and spa where the Cheyenne Mountains and our lake views can be enjoyed year round. The aquatics center had a great locker facility where lockers can be rented or used on a daily basis. Towels are available to our members and guests as well as sundries and other locker amenities. If you forget your suit or goggles, no problem, we have a variety or merchandise available to purchase to get you on your way to the pool!

Aquatics Programs

Swim Team
The Country Club of Colorado Barracudas Swim Team enjoys a new name and new direction. Our emphasis is on fun, fitness and friends. This program is the ideal place to give competitive swimming a try in a fun and pressure free environment; a place where stroke development and personal mastery are the goals. Our program introduces young swimmers to competitive swimming in a fun way, where kids are "learning to compete."

Swim America
Our lesson program is national recognized and certified by the American Swim Coaches Association.  This top notch franchised lesson program to club with the goal of teaching strokes tailored to each individual. Participants move at their own speed and progress through 10 levels earning a golden sticker at each level. We believe that every child that reaches the top of the Swim America lesson program is the ideal candidate to give swim team a try.

Aqua Aerobics
Our aqua aerobics programs are designed to stimulate aerobic conditioning and muscle toning at the same time. Exercising in the water is ideal as it takes the pressure and stress off weight bearing bones and joints. Our top notch instructors make exercise both fun and challenging. A variety of classes, instructors and workout times are available.

Masters Swimmers
We offer a variety of lesson opportunities for fitness and masters swimmers ranging from simply learning proper technique to how to train for triathlons. We focus on both individual and group lessons as well as offer personalized training prescription to help individuals meet their goals.
